Ruth is a book that teaches us about redemption. Specifically, the redemption found in the providential hand of God ultimately in the work of Jesus Christ upon the Cross. In Ruth we find encouragement and hope that the storylines of our lives can find restoration and wholeness in the sovereign activity of God.
